  • Holiday home: 3 beds, social bath, living room, dining room, small kitchen, small outdoor swimming pool.
  • Terrain: Very long, narrow. Faces south - optimal solar exposure.
  • Main entrance organized based on the street.
  • Southern access - rustic footpath.
  • Steep typography makes fragmentation necessary.
  • Small linked and interconnected volumes.
  • House functions are read with each elevation corresponding to a single compartment.
  • Roof functions also as pavement support for the gardens
    • Similar to traditional threshing floors and patios in the northern regions of the country with hilly terrain.
  • Attempted to preserve all preexisting trees.
  • "Modular geometric abstraction."
  • House functions as:
    • a home w/ interior space.
    • organization of outdoor leveled patios corresponding to the roofs of various levels which permit the outdoor use of the garden.
    • Creation of a pedestrian link between the paths of the upper and lower levels that border the site.
    • The form of the home organizes a fundamental route which is mirroed inside and outside.
    • Exterior stairs respond to interior ceiling.
  • House is partially buried.
  • Creates positive thermal behavior and security.
  • Exposed concrete reflects the idea of massive stones appearing naturally on the site.
